RETURN POLICY
1. ORIGINAL CARRIER and/or INCORRECT MODEL When filling out the form, you must ALWAYS choose the original network provider that locks the device. If the carrier or model is incorrect, the unlocking process is likely to fail, and we will not be able to issue a refund, as the server does not refund us either. If possible, we may offer a partial refund. You will receive the amount paid minus the cost of the reports (from 9.95 USD to 11.95 USD), which will notify you if the device has a SIM Lock. If there is a SIM Lock, the report will inform you of the original carrier that locks the device. It will also inform you if the IMEI is reported on a blacklist. Lastly, it will report whether the device has outstanding debts with the provider or meets the requirements to be eligible for unlocking in the case of a SIM Lock.
2. INCORRECTLY PURCHASED UNLOCKING If you do not know the origin of the device, it is essential to purchase a preliminary report to determine the original carrier that locks the device, whether the IMEI is reported on a blacklist, if it has outstanding debts with the network provider, or if it meets the requirements to be eligible for unlocking.
For most models, there are two unlocking options: STANDARD unlocking (does not support models with outstanding debts or active contracts) and PREMIUM unlocking (supports devices with outstanding debts and active contracts). If the customer does not know the contract status with the carrier, they must purchase a PRELIMINARY REPORT to determine eligibility for unlocking and the correct unlocking method to purchase. If the customer buys a standard unlocking service but actually needs the premium unlocking, we will not be able to refund the money. However, we will provide a coupon for the full amount paid, which can be used to pay the difference and purchase the premium unlocking.
3. PURCHASE OF REPORTS The money paid for a report purchase is non-refundable, regardless of whether the device is eligible for unlocking or not. The customer is purchasing a report to determine the phone's status.
4. MULTIPLE LOCKS If you purchase a network unlocking service (SIM Lock) and the device has another type of lock, such as IMEI lock, iCloud lock, Google account lock, PayJoy lock…
We will not be able to refund a SIM unlocking service that has already been processed. You will need to check on our website if the additional lock on your device can be removed and its cost.
If the SIM unlocking is not completed, you will receive a refund minus the cost of the reports (9.95 USD), which will notify you if the device has a SIM Lock. If there is a SIM Lock, the report will inform you of the original carrier that locks the device. It will also inform you if the IMEI is reported on a blacklist. Lastly, it will report whether the device has outstanding debts with the network provider or meets the requirements to be eligible for unlocking in the case of a SIM Lock.
5. DELAYS If any of our services are delayed, you will be informed via email, offering you the option to wait for the service to be completed or receive a refund, which may take up to 7 business days.
6. PROOF OF UNSUCCESSFUL UNLOCKING If any unlocking service is unsuccessful, you must provide evidence with a demonstration video and/or screenshots proving that the unlocking was not successful.
